Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that supports the company's marketing goals
• Create a content calendar that aligns with the company's marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Manage a team of content creators, including writers, designers, and video producers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and distribute content across various channels, including email, social media, blog, and website
• Create and manage the company's blog, ensuring that it is consistently updated with high-quality content
• Develop and maintain a content distribution strategy that drives traffic, engagement, and leads
• Measure and analyze the performance of content marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices
• Experience with content management systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
