About the Role
As the Field Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support the company's growth objectives in the Chicago region. You will be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns, events, and programs that drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support sales objectives, build brand awareness, and drive demand generation.
Create and manage regional marketing campaigns, events, and programs to increase lead generation and accelerate pipeline.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
Manage and coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute campaigns and events.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay informed about the competitive landscape.
Manage the regional marketing budget and ensure that all activities are within budget guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics, including demand generation, account-based marketing, and digital marketing.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive revenue growth.
Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and partners.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to travel as needed.
