Product Manager, Physical Security

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and lifecycle of physical security offerings.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, marketing, and sales, to ensure that physical security solutions meet customer needs and are delivered on time.

• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform physical security development decisions.

• Develop physical security roadmaps and work with cross-functional teams to ensure that physical security solutions are developed according to schedule.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop physical security positioning and messaging that drives physical security adoption and revenue growth.

• Analyze physical security performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes.

• Monitor industry trends and developments to ensure that physical security solutions remain competitive.

• Work with external partners and vendors to integrate their solutions into our physical security offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the physical security or cybersecurity industry.

• Strong knowledge of physical security solutions and technologies.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience working with remote teams.

• Must be able to travel occasionally as needed.
